Oak Creek Class of '71- 55th Reunion Interest Survey

Dear Oak Creek Class of ’71 Friends,

Four years ago, Covid was slowing down, and many of us finally gathered to laugh, reminisce, swap stories, and catch up on where life’s journey has taken us since our memorable school days. It was a wonderful time reconnecting with our peers — and now we’re excited to do it again this September!

Our 55th Reunion — Relaxed, Casual, and Fun

This year’s reunion is shaping up to be a little more relaxed, easygoing, and affordable — with plenty of time to visit, reconnect, and enjoy one another’s company. We especially hope this simpler and inexpensive approach encourages classmates we haven’t seen in years to come join the fun.

And since America will be celebrating its 250th Anniversary in 2026, we thought it would be fitting to weave a little patriotic spirit into our reunion theme as well. After all, we grew up in a pretty unforgettable era ourselves! So expect a touch of nostalgia, some red-white-and-blue fun, and maybe a few stories about the “good old days” of both Oak Creek and America.

Friday, September 25 — Reunion Mixer

Oak Creek VFW 434  (across from our former junior high)

 3:00 PM   - TBD

Come casual, comfortable, and ready for a great time. Appetizers will be provided, and attendees may purchase their own drinks.

Cost: Estimated reunion cost: approximately $30 –$45 per person, depending on final attendance.

Saturday — Oak Creek High School Tour

We currently have about 8 classmates interested in a tour of Oak Creek High School on Saturday morning. If you’re one of them, watch for a separate message with details.

 Saturday Morning — Golf Outing

About 5 or 6 classmates have expressed interest in golf on Saturday. Additional information will be sent separately to those interested.
